SmartLine Honeywell ST700/ST800 Series Intelligent Differential Pressure Transmitter
Smartline ST700 Flush Mount Pressure Transmitter for direct insertion in processes with the use of a 1” sleeve, welded into the process line. It is primarily used for pressure measurement in the head box of pulp and paper plants.
The Flush Mount Pressure Transmitter, is available in ranges from 0-1 to 0-100 psig and can be installed in a variety of hazardous locations. The flush mounting capability eliminates the possibility of clogging while the insertion design makes the transmitter change out rapid and trouble-free.
Accuracy: up to 0.065% (calibrated range), some models can reach 0.05% 45;
Stability: Drift ≤ 0.025% of full range per year within 5 years, with outstanding long-term reliability;
Automatic compensation: Integrated temperature and static pressure sensors, real-time correction of environmental errors;
Electronic modules, sensors, and display heads can all be replaced on-site, supporting external zero and range adjustments for easy maintenance;
The display header supports 0 °/90 °/180 °/270 ° rotation, and can be selected from basic LCD or large screen models;
Meets SIL 2/3 safety level and has passed explosion-proof certifications such as ANSI/NFPA 70-202;
Supports 4-20mA, HART, FF fieldbus, and Honeywell DE protocol;
